Award-winning free-from brand Creative Nature launches their new Cornbread baking mix

Award-winning super food brand Creative Nature have launched their latest allergen free baking mix – delightfully crumbly Cornbread.

Julianne Ponan, Creative Nature’s CEO, said: “We are delighted to be introducing our new delightfully crumbly Cornbread baking mix.  This was a natural next step for us and shows that we’ve been working hard in the background developing new products during the pandemic.  Like our other products it’s free from the top 14 allergens, is nutritious and vegan friendly.”

Creative Nature whose HQ is in West Molesey, is already well established in the ‘free from’ food market. In 2018 the company won the national title of Small Business of the Year (FSB) and its snack bars have won more Great Taste Gold Stars than any other cold-pressed range.

One of their latest baking mixes – Cacao Rich Chocolate Mix – won a major Taste award within weeks of launch. Major retail brands such as Asda, the Co-op and Sainsbury’s already stock their products. The team also exports to 11 countries worldwide.

As a sufferer of anaphylaxis due to multiple allergies including all nuts, some seeds and certain additives, CEO Julianne Ponan created her brand out of frustration at the lack of nut-free products in the market that weren’t packed with additives and were often lacking in flavour.

The Creative Nature range is also vegan friendly and this has been recognised by the Vegan Society. The mixes include recipes for both vegans and non-vegans on the packaging. This new product is the 8th baking mix in Creative Nature’s product range.

Creative Nature also holds a globally recognised BRC Global Standard. This means the team’s products are all put through rigorous testing. A BRC Global Standard demonstrates a business that’s reached the benchmark for good manufacturing practice, and help provide assurance to customers that products are safe, legal and of high quality.

The new mix will be available online via the company’s website, on Amazon and through https://www.wholefoodsmarket.co.uk
