Lockdown Coaching – Limited number of free places available for Personal life coaching programmes

Would you like the opportunity to focus on what’s next for you after lockdown? Has the time for reflection led you to re-evaluate your goals and aspirations? Do you feel capable of more, but are not sure where to start?

During these past few weeks, we have all been presented with new challenges in how we balance work and life, manage change and maintain resilience during uncertainty. Whilst the lockdown period may have presented similar challenges for us all, our experiences have all been unique. If you are now in a place where you would like to focus on your future, the goals you work towards and creating transformational change in your life, now might be the time to work with a life coach.

I have a limited number of FREE places on my personal life coaching programmes starting in May, aimed at supporting people through this lockdown period. If you are at home, stuck in the moment and want to focus some of your energy on your personal direction but don’t know where to start, please get in touch to discuss working together.

If you are ready for positive change, I want to help you focus some of your time on you and how you want to live your life. I will enable you to understand the obstacles in the way and guide you as you overcome them to achieve your goals.

Priority will be given to those who have recently been made redundant or furloughed. As all my coaching is virtual, I am of course not restricted by location, so these sessions are available worldwide. Please email me at stevie@steviebarnes.com for more information.

Stevie Barnes is the Fear Coach, a life coach and talent consultant specialising in helping people overcome fear and face personal obstacles in order to create sustainable, transformational change.
