South West managed IT provider WestSpring IT has strengthened its team with three key appointments as the business continues to grow.
The latest appointments include an internal promotion alongside two experienced new recruits, further strengthening the company’s technical expertise, client support and business development capabilities. This latest investment follows WestSpring IT’s recent inclusion in the IT Channel Oxygen Fast-Growth 50 for 2026, recognising the business as one of the UK’s fastest-growing managed service providers.
Emma Carter, CEO of WestSpring IT, said the appointments reflect the Bristol-based company’s commitment to growing in a sustainable way. The new appointments are:
*Daniel Cully – promoted to Head of Technical Delivery after joining the company three years ago.
*Mark King – joining as Technical Delivery Response Lead.
*Lewis Morgan – joining as Senior Business Development Executive.
“We’ve spent the last 18 months strengthening the business, not just through the services we offer but by investing in the people who deliver them every day,” Emma said.
“Daniel’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and reflects the opportunities we want to create for people within WestSpring. At the same time, we’re delighted to welcome both Mark and Lewis to the team. They each bring valuable experience that will help us continue delivering the high standards our clients expect while supporting our next phase of growth.
Daniel has been promoted to Head of Technical Delivery after joining WestSpring IT just over three years ago on the service desk. Since then, he has progressed and will now lead the company’s technical service delivery, focusing on client experience, developing the team and improving the way services are delivered.
“I get the greatest satisfaction from seeing the team succeed,” Daniel said. “I want people to feel genuinely empowered and supported in building rewarding careers, while making sure we’re delivering the very best experience for our clients.”
Joining the business as Technical Delivery Response Lead is Mark King, who brings extensive experience leading service desk teams within the healthcare sector. His role will focus on ensuring clients receive fast, effective support while continuing to develop the technical team.
“For me, success is about helping clients get the right support first time while making sure they always feel they’re dealing with people who genuinely understand their business,” Mark said.
Lewis Morgan has also joined WestSpring IT as Senior Business Development Executive, bringing almost 15 years’ experience in the managed service provider sector. He will focus on attracting organisations that share WestSpring’s values and building long-term partnerships.
“My aim is to help drive consistent growth by bringing in the right clients and building relationships that last,” Lewis said. “WestSpring has created a fantastic culture and I’m excited to play my part in helping the business continue to grow.”
Emma believes investing in people will continue to be central to the company’s future.
“We’re ambitious about where we want to go, but we also know that sustainable growth comes from having the right people, the right culture and the right foundations in place,” she said. “These appointments strengthen all three, and we’re excited about what comes next.”
