ESM Operations Ltd, a global public safety services company headquartered in Cheshire announced a landmark year of charitable giving, donating a quarter of a million pounds to local and national community associations and sports clubs over the past 12 months.

Demonstrating a significant commitment to corporate social responsibility, ESM Operations has supported 12 non-profit organisations, the most of which directly impact young talent and grassroots sports initiatives.

Beneficiaries range from providing new kits for the fledging under-7s team at Witton Albion Junior FC to funding a new multi-sports club with a dedicated coach at Moulton Primary School in Northwich.

A significant donation was also awarded to the Junior North Lacrosse Team, enabling crucial flight costs to be covered for their participation in the World Lacrosse Championships in Canada.

“As a major provider of public safety, control room operations, and quality assurance services for sporting events in over 30 countries, we are passionate about giving back to the grassroots sports community,” said Steven Coleman, Managing Director and Founder of ESM Operations. “We are committed to fostering young talent, particularly closer to home in Cheshire and the wider North West area.

“Without such support, many of these not-for-profit clubs and schools would struggle to offer the opportunities that boost confidence, instil self-belief, and improve general wellbeing for young people,” added Steven.

Over the past year, ESM Operations has proudly supported:
• Witton Albion Junior FC
• Moston Tigers JFC
• Moulton Primary School
• Greenfield Cricket Club
• Junior North Lacrosse Team
• Failsworth Dynamos
• APEX Cheerleading
• Parkmoor Girls Football Club
• Greater Manchester Police Football Club

Founded in 2018, ESM Operations provides public safety services globally. From their three locations in the UK, Riyadh and Jeddah, the company’s highly experienced operations management team has supported major event organisers across over 150 sporting and music venues, operating across 30 countries, and ensuring the safety of over 35 million people to date.

ESM Operations has trained over 20,000 event professionals through their ESM-certified Public Safety Training Course and Qualification offering, designed to help organisations build skilled, accredited teams for the event industry.
