“The Art of Difficult Conversations” Webinar

Posted By sme-admin on June 19, 2025 Education and Training

Jose Ucar, international communication and influence expert, will deliver a new virtual session titled “The Art of Difficult Conversations”, in collaboration with findcourses, part of Keystone Education Group, on Thursday 26th June at 4 PM (UK time).

This interactive webinar is designed for professionals, leaders and teams who want to master the art of handling challenging conversations in a way that strengthens relationships and supports long-term organisational success.

Whether it’s resolving tension, sharing feedback, or aligning on goals, difficult conversations are an essential part of working life. Yet many people avoid them—often at the expense of clarity, trust and performance. In this session, Jose will introduce a practical and structured approach to help participants engage in these conversations with more confidence, empathy and intention.

“Learning how to navigate difficult conversations isn’t just about conflict—it’s about connection,” says Ucar. “It’s about creating the conditions for stronger human relationships, clearer communication, and more meaningful collaboration at every level of an organisation.”

A single honest conversation can shift a relationship, a team, or an entire organisation.

Alex Bird, Commercial Director at findcourses, continues: “The ability to handle difficult conversations isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s essential. Whether you’re leading a team, managing change, or navigating day-to-day collaboration, how we communicate in challenging moments can make or break relationships, culture, and results. That’s why we’re excited to have Jose as guest speaker for this session.”

Attendees will explore the role these conversations play in building high-performing cultures, understand different conflict styles, and discover proven strategies they can start using right away.

In today’s hybrid and high-pressure work environments, the cost of avoiding difficult conversations can be high—misunderstandings, disengagement, and unresolved issues that slow down progress. This session offers a timely opportunity for professionals to pause, reflect, and develop the mindset and communication tools needed to approach challenges more constructively. Through real-world insights and interactive moments, Jose will help participants see that these conversations, while uncomfortable, are often the doorway to growth, clarity, and stronger collaboration.

The session is free and open to all professionals looking to communicate with greater impact—especially when connection matters most.
