Lincolnshire-based award-winning coach and personal empowerment specialist Taz Thornton will give a keynote speech at the inaugural Confidence & Wellbeing Conference for Businesswomen on Friday, 29th September at the Brightfield Business Hub, Orton Southgate, Peterborough.

The day-long conference has been designed to help businesswomen ‘ignite your power, boost your confidence and wellbeing and inspire you to reach for the stars amongst like-minded women’. It is being organised by Enlivened, which provides networking events, support groups, workshops and coaching for businesswomen in the Lincolnshire area.

“I’m delighted to have been asked to deliver a keynote speech at the Confidence & Wellbeing Conference,” said Taz. “I love helping to empower women to become more confident and to unleash their awesome. But it runs deeper than that. It’s about the support and belief, energy and direction, clarity and determination to underpin the work we need to do in the world.

“I have a great deal of hard-won experience to share with those in the room and I want to support them to ‘shatter glass ceilings, break barriers, and create a world where female leadership thrives’ alongside the other brilliant speakers.”

The conference promises a supportive environment tailor-made to support and uplift business women. It’s designed as an immersive experience to leave women feeling empowered in their own businesses – or to start their own business.

Anyone who has seen Taz speak or has been coached by her will know that they will be in safe hands. Taz has an impressive CV: she has worked with hundreds of clients across the country, delivered a number of TEDx talks and has extensive experience in delivering motivational and empowerment events.

Conference organiser Julie P Randall knew immediately who she wanted to talk at her first event.

She said: ““I have known Taz for about 15 years. I’ve watched her meteoric rise as the fabulous speaker and coach she is today. I’ve listened to her talk several times and each time I”ve come away buzzing with a massive boost to my confidence. When I thought of holding this event Taz immediately came to mind. I wanted our delegates to get a dose of Taz.”

Taz has won multiple awards for her coaching, including being named UK’s Best Female Coach in 2020, was awarded the One to Watch Speaker Trainer Award (2019), and was a finalist in the UK’s Most Inspirational Businesswoman Award 2019, among many others.

The Confidence & Wellbeing Conference for Businesswomen takes place on Friday, 29th September from 9am to 4pm at Brightfield Business Hub, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate PE2 6XU. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
