Windsor-based infrastructure specialist Structural Repairs has scooped two prestigious national business awards in quick succession, recognising both the outstanding leadership of founder Roger Line and the company’s exceptional business growth.
Roger was first named Business Leader of the Year at the Great British Business Awards 2025, an accolade that honours individuals who lead organisations with outstanding vision, strategic insight, and operational excellence.
Judges praised Roger’s ability to combine innovation, strategic growth and a clear long-term vision, describing him as “an outstanding business leader whose influence extends well beyond his industry.” The award celebrates leaders who set new standards within their sector while inspiring their teams and delivering meaningful impact for clients and communities alike.
Just days later, Structural Repairs took home the Most Impressive Growth Award at Entrepreneurs Circle’s National Entrepreneur Awards, following a period of exceptional expansion at the business.
In just 18 months, Roger has accelerated Structural Repairs into a thriving multi-million-pound enterprise with a rapidly expanding national and international footprint. By strategically moving upmarket, the business is now competing for and winning high-value infrastructure and engineering contracts, including places on major national frameworks.
Structural Repairs has scaled its operations with precision — expanding its team, strengthening its commercial function, and embedding robust systems to manage significant growth in demand. The company is now positioned to deliver on projects ranging from several million to over one hundred million pounds, with a long-term roadmap in place to sustain this trajectory through to 2030.
Nigel Botterill, founder of Entrepreneurs Circle, which runs the awards, said:
“Roger’s story is a phenomenal example of what can happen when strategic ambition meets serious implementation. The pace and scale of his growth is outstanding, and what’s even more impressive is how he’s positioned the business to keep building from here.”
The National Entrepreneur Awards were hosted by TV presenter Vernon Kay during the National Entrepreneurs Convention at the ICC Birmingham, which welcomed 500 guests to the awards and over 1,500 delegates across two days. The event is the flagship gathering of Entrepreneurs Circle (EC), the UK’s largest membership organisation for entrepreneurs, which has supported almost 100,000 business owners nationwide with practical advice, resources and community.
