HR Consultancy firm, Realise, has launched a new service which will help businesses improve employee engagement and boost productivity as we emerge from the Pandemic. The Pandemic has completely transformed workplace culture as more people demand flexible working and also consider inclusion and diversity high on their priorities when choosing an employer.

Recent data from People Management found that 44% of people are feeling anxious about returning to the workplace whilst 76% of employees believe their company should be doing more to support their mental health.

Realise’s valuable service for both SMEs and corporates brings a strategy to help businesses identify opportunities to make a difference to their business, improve workplace culture, boost company performance and continually monitor how engaged their workforce are. The new service includes an employee engagement survey to help companies truly listen to their entire workforce and gain invaluable insight to improve workplace culture and boost performance. Businesses are also given a framework and action plan to show employees they are listening and are committed to business improvement.

Realise brings businesses a range of HR and people solutions from employee engagement, and change & transformation, to learning & development, and diversity & inclusion.

Its team boasts over 100 years of combined experience across the public and private sector and a diverse range of industries and business sectors.

Claire McLean, founder of Realise, said:
“We have a great track record in helping businesses boost their performance by getting the best out of their people. The Pandemic has truly transformed workplace culture forever and it will be vital for businesses to listen to their people and emerge with a fully engaged workforce. We have developed a new service which allows businesses of all sizes to do just that, bringing valuable insight and a clear strategy and action plan to achieve your goals.”

She added:
“At Realise you only deal with an experienced, down to earth partner that gets the job done, a team of people who are steeped in business knowhow and HR expertise. We join your team, fully understand your business and help you drive meaningful engagement that will improve your employee wellbeing, productivity and ultimately business performance.”
