Inspirational business coach wins Innovation and Excellence award for the second year running

Inspirational business speaker, award-winning coach and author, Taz Thornton, has been named the UK’s Personal Empowerment Specialist Of the Year for the second year running at the 2022 Corporate LiveWire Innovation and Excellence Awards.

“I’m honoured to be named the UK’s Personal Empowerment Specialist of the Year last year, it was a tremendous accolade. I want to empower people, to encourage them to break through the fears and beliefs that are limiting them. To be considered again was humbling and then to be recognised for a second year running is such an incredible feeling, especially as the nominations come from the readers and contributors of Corporate LiveWire’s publications,” Taz said.

The awards celebrate the success and achievements of firms and individuals who have demonstrated exceptional business performance using an innovative approach and who consistently show best practice in every aspect of their work.

“Each year we invite both readers and contributors to the Corporate LiveWire publications to put forward companies, products, services and individuals who they feel are deserving of recognition,” said David Bateson, Corporate LiveWire Awards. “The judges once again felt that Taz was the strongest entrant in the Personal Empowerment Specialist category. Congratulations Taz!”

Taz is a speaker, motivator and visibility coach based in Lincolnshire, who helps people reboot their lives and business. She empowers them to overcome their fears and inhibitions, helping them to ‘unleash their awesome’.

Her straight-talking style has won her legions of fans in the business world. But it is her willingness to embrace vulnerability and to share her own experiences that make her such an authentic and powerful coach.

For example, she launched her TazTalks chat show during the lockdown period at a time when people were in need of mental health support. Recognising the power of relatability, Taz interviewed celebrities and talked to them about their own mental health journeys.

As well as being a coach, author and personal empowerment specialist, Taz has regularly appeared in the national press and on TV, given several TEDx talks, and addressed many large online events.

She is no stranger to winning awards and accolades. She was named UK’s Best Female Coach in 2020, awarded the One to Watch Speaker Trainer Award (2019), and was a finalist in the UK’s Most Inspirational Businesswoman Award 2019. To find out more about her visit https://tazthornton.com
