New energy service aims to lessen strain on SME budgets

According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS), average electricity prices for UK non-domestic users were a huge 75 per cent higher at the end of 2024 compared to the start of 2021, while average gas prices had more than doubled. To help SMEs manage the challenging costs, connectivity expert Crystaline has launched a new service to find the best energy deals for businesses.

Partnering with Fidelity Energy, Crystaline’s new service involves comparing rates from over 25 of the UK’s leading energy suppliers to find the most competitive deals for customers. Included in the offer is a report from Fidelity that outlines their tailored recommendations, with an overview of how much can be saved by switching.
Whether a company wishes to switch providers for electricity, gas, water or all three, the process is designed to be as quick and easy as possible.
The entire switch is handled on behalf of businesses to save them time, and a dedicated account manager is available to offer guidance throughout.
Alongside Crystaline’s usual offerings of broadband, mobile, telephony and IoT support, this new energy offer is a logical next step for the company, allowing them to help businesses save money across a wider variety of bills.
“It is central to our work at Crystaline to help SMEs reduce bills and make budgets stretch further,” says Kristian Torode, director and co-founder of Crystaline. “Alongside phone and broadband bills, we know that energy costs are a major concern for a lot of businesses, so it is an area we are particularly keen to help our customers with.
“Through our partnership with Fidelity, combined with our own tried and trusted method of service support, we are able to offer a fast and reliable system that takes the stress away from switching energy providers.”
At every step, the Crystaline Service Promise applies. This includes an outline of what to expect from account management, along with promises related to billing accuracy and query resolutions, to ensure customers receive consistently clear, reliable and transparent communication.
To find out more about the new energy service, and to see how much your business could save, contact Crystaline’s expert team.
