Belfor UK bolsters SME offering with key hire in major & complex loss

Leading disaster recovery firm, BELFOR UK is delighted to announce the appointment of Yvonne Stokes as National Account Manager. She will be joining the Major & Complex Loss (MCL) team with a dedicated focus on the SME commercial market and development of BELFOR UK’s Red Alert® priority response.

As part of the Major Loss team, Stokes will drive the expansion of BELFOR UK’s SME portfolio, collaborating Yvonne Stokes as National Account Manager  Major & Complex Loss (MCL) team closely with commercial loss adjusters. She will also be responsible for managing current Red Alert® clients while promoting BELFOR UK’s service offerings and exceptional capabilities to commercial clients across the UK, strengthening existing and new relationships.

With over 15 years in account management, business development, and team leadership, Stokes has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and cultivating lasting client relationships. As a former National Account Manager at BELFOR UK, Stokes has already gained a great industry insight with firsthand knowledge of the value in fire and flood recovery services. She has successfully managed major accounts, collaborating with loss adjusters and insurers, and championing specialist restoration services nationwide.

Commenting on her appointment, Stokes said: ‘I’m pleased to return to BELFOR UK and am eager to strengthen and grow both current and new client relationships. I’m extremely passionate about BELFOR UK’s service offerings and look forward to delivering proactive, high-impact solutions to the market’.
