Sales Intelligence is the latest product launched by GlobalData as part of its vision to boost productivity and success across the world’s largest industries with AI-powered solutions.

GlobalData, the trusted intelligence partner to the world’s most successful organisations, has launched Sales Intelligence, a data driven, AI-powered, and expert curated platform that supports and guides B2B sales activities and effectiveness in real time.

Sales Intelligence is underpinned by GlobalData’s proprietary data and insights, leveraging more than 100 million data points and the collective expertise of over 2,000 analysts, data scientists and consultants, with deep sector and domain specialisms. GlobalData continuously sources new market research to support sales efforts, collecting data across 20+ industries worldwide, with profiles on more than 850,000 organisations and insights on over 400,000 mergers and acquisitions to date.

The platform supports the entire B2B sales workflow, from prioritising the most attractive markets and segments and creating highly targeted ideal customer profiles that inform territory planning, to equipping commercial teams with personalised sales collateral and real-time insights on prospects and competitors.

Sales Intelligence features contextual AI workflows that are purpose-built for unlocking efficiencies and driving value in daily activities across sales, enablement, marketing, and revenue teams at every level.

Commenting on the launch, Jonathan Hardinges, Chief Strategy Officer at GlobalData said: “We have a long-standing heritage as a trusted partner for clients seeking to maximise their B2B sales success, and our new solution is a game-changer that improves every step of the sales process for businesses across any industry and market.

“By leveraging the unique combination of proprietary data, purpose-built AI, and the collective expertise of our expert analysts, data scientists and consultants, we can tailor the solution to meet individual needs, resulting in a more productive sales organisation, that drives faster revenue growth. We are excited about what this means for our clients and the long-term success for their businesses.”

“The platform launches following a period of extensive testing in which it was found to contribute to an increase in sales conversion rates, a cut in research and preparation time, and savings of more than $100,000s on total addressable market (TAM) planning costs.”

The solution integrates seamlessly with an organisation’s existing tech stack and own customer data to produce actionable intelligence at every stage of the sales journey and process, spanning: plan, target, enable and engage.

  • Plan: Identifies attractive markets with customised analysis based on growth indicators, market data and risk metrics, and provides real-time updates on selected markets of interest.

  • Target: Provides extensive view of ideal customers or prospects within target territories and prioritizes these accounts to ensure sales efforts focus on the most valuable opportunities.

  • Enable: Gives comprehensive, detailed profiles of prospects and customers in digestible formats such as account plans, talking points, and AI-generated pitches – to enable deep understanding of customers’ priorities, pain points and opportunities.

  • Engage: Alerts sales teams in real-time when target accounts trigger customisable buying intent signals, ensuring timely and relevant outreach.
